TJ Kennedy

TJ Kennedy is the Chief Executive Officer of Wrap Technologies Inc. Mr. Kennedy brings thirty years of public safety and technology experience to this leadership role. Mr. Kennedy is passionate ensuring public safety has the best technology available to them today. He truly believes that the right technology in the hands of our first responders will make them safer and more effective in their mission.

Prior to Wrap Technologies, Inc. he was CEO and President of Qumu specializing in large scale and secure enterprise video technology. He is one of the co-founders of the Public Safety Network, a strategic advisory firm specializing in empowering public safety with lifesaving technologies. The Public Safety Network accelerated technology startups focused on mission critical cloud solutions. He was the CEO of Allerio, a wireless telemedicine connectivity platform as a service (PaaS) solution for first responders. Mr. Kennedy has been on the board of Wrap Technologies (NASDAQ: WRAP) since April of 2021.

From 2013 to 2018 Mr. Kennedy was the President of the First Responder Network Authority, known as FirstNet, an independent government authority charged with creating the first ever financially self-sustaining broadband nationwide network for public safety. He led FirstNet from a start-up inside the United States government to become a $40 billion public-private partnership (PPP) that oversees a mission critical LTE network in all 50 US states, 5 territories, and the District of Columbia. This PPP, which was awarded to AT&T, is the largest ever in the United States and is now providing prioritized and preemptive public safety communications to law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services personnel. Prior to FirstNet, he was the President of Raytheon JPS Communications and led the Public Safety business at Raytheon Company. Prior to Raytheon, Mr. Kennedy was a Vice President at SAIC, focused on leading teams and growing public safety and technology business for SAIC.

As a reliable and dedicated leader, Mr. Kennedy has defined and achieved organizational excellence and created complex business strategies that have achieved incredible results while working in a difficult environment with diverse stakeholders.

TJ received his B.S. from the University of Utah and his M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. He started his career in public safety as a firefighter, state trooper and flight paramedic in Utah.

Kevin Mullins

Mr. Mullins is a proven business strategist and experienced corporate leader. For the past eight years, he has served as the President and CEO of Intrensic, a premier digital evidence and video management software solutions company. During his tenure, he led the development of new technology and set the direction of the company, and was instrumental in marketing its solutions to corporate and public safety entities. Kevin also served at the CEO of SaferMobility, a video NG911 solutions provider for public and private enterprise safety. Prior to his venture into building SaaS safety solutions, Kevin was a commercial banker and bank director. He brings deep knowledge of relevant customer markets to Wrap.

Chris DeAlmeida

Mr. DeAlmeida
has severed as Chief Financial Officer of Wrap Technologies, Inc. since July 2022. Chris is an accomplished senior financial executive with broad hands on operational and financial management background for both public and private companies. Chris has a strong record of developing and implementing strategies that streamline financial and business operations leading to increased efficiencies, cost containment, and improved performance, as well as significant Investor Relations experience. Prior to Wrap, Chris served as the Chief Financial Officer at Encore Dredging Partners where he successfully completed two acquisitions and developed advanced reporting and forecasting tools to help drive the growth of this $60M start up. Earlier in his career, Chris held positions of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Orion Group Holdings (NYSE: ORN), Investor Relations for Continental Airlines (NYSE: UAL), and Financial Analyst for BMC Software.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Houston – Clear Lake.

Glenn Hickman

Mr. Hickman is a proven executive with extensive research and development, supply chain, manufacturing, and software engineering experience. Hickman worked at Axon Enterprises (formerly TASER International) from 2011-2019, serving as Vice President of Research and Development from 2014-2019. At Axon, Hickman led the launch of six hardware products, all connected to an ecosystem of cloud software and mobile apps. He created engineering and supply chain processes and grew the engineering team from 35 to 70. Hickman was responsible for establishing the company’s first manufacturing line in Shenzhen, China, and an optics engineering team in Finland.

Hickman graduated with distinction from Stanford University, receiving his Bachelor and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Hickman received his MBA with honors from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with a double major in Strategy and Marketing.

Carlos Casas

Mr. Casas is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with over 24 years of experience with global brands across a broad spectrum of industries including technology, consumer electronics, law enforcement, transportation, retail, and the public sector. Casas also led global sales and marketing initiatives during his tenure at GoPro with major live broadcast partners as well as expanding the Developer’s Program for law enforcement partners in the body-worn camera vertical. Carlos is also a proven sales executive who’s driven large enterprise deals while working at IBM and was also named IBM Champion for IBM Software Group. Carlos brings a wealth of diversified sales and marketing experience to Wrap for both our domestic and international markets.

Becky Newman

Mrs. Newman is a veteran Law Enforcement Officer from the United Kingdom she was a Critical Incident Manager for over six years dealing with fast time developing situations and was a Tactical Firearms and Pursuit Commander.  Her most recent role was as an Advisor for the UK Government Home Office, liaising with and assisting UK National Police Chief Council members in the selection and implementation of novel technologies to address their capability gaps. Her international roles included serving as Secretary General to the European Working Group for Non Lethal Weapons.

Jags Gill

Mr. Gill brings over 15 years of experience in senior sales management across global law enforcement and security sectors. Most recently, Mr. Gill served as Director of International Sales for WatchGuard Video, Inc., a Motorola Solutions, Inc. subsidiary, and was responsible for managing global partners and leading a global sales force across Europe, Latin America and Asia. Mr. Gill previously served as UK sales manager for Taser International responsible for sales and marketing campaigns.

Marcy Rigoni

Marcy joined the organization in 2021 and is responsible for leading the WRAP’s Human Resources initiatives. She has over 20 years of Human Resources experience, including benefits negotiations and administration, employee relations and development, recruiting and onboarding, and compliance.  Before joining WRAP, Marcy spent 15 years at Axon (formerly TASER International), where she built and led the human resources division. Marcy holds a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree from the University of Arizona. Marcy is passionate about preserving the outdoors and protecting animals.

Milan Cerovic

Mr. Cerovic joined WRAP Technologies in 2020 as a VP of Research and Development, with over 25 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, and management. At WRAP, Milan oversees hardware, firmware, and product ecosystem engineering and coordinates product and process development with the Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
Before joining WRAP, Milan spent over 20 years at AXON Enterprise, where he was a part of the R&D and Advanced Research teams. During his tenure at AXON, Milan led and supported TASER and AXON Camera product releases.
Milan holds over 30 Consumer, Law Enforcement, and Military/ Defense product development patents.
